Tobyhanna Gate Repairs, PA
This $1.4M project for USACE, Huntsville, involved repair by placement and modernization of fencing and gates and their supporting Guard Booths at multiple locations in Tobyhanna Army Depot, PA. Renovation and repairs included all necessary architectural, mechanical, electrical, electronic security, physical security, pavement repairs, and site development.
Mini Mall Image Update, NM
White Sands Missile Range, NM - This $3.9M project for AAFES involved construction services for a Mini Mall Image Update at White Sands Missile Range, New Mexico. This project included finish and fixture updates to the current AAFES design standards. The retail floor received a new finish, and Hunt Brothers Pizza and Eddie Peppers were added. The project also included the addition of fuel dispensers.
Custodial Services Fort Riley, KS
This $6.6M project for Fort riley involved custodial services for various buildings and activities located on Fort Riley, Kansas by providing a clean, healthy environment for occupants, users, and visitors. Nisou received great feedback from the customer and won the follow on $9.7M custodial contract to continue providing services to Ft. Riley until 2030.

Remote Inspection
Facility, MO
This $19M project for USACE, Kansas City involves construction of a Remote Inspection Facility (RIF) in support of the replacement campus for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), as part of the West Facilities Modernization (WFM) program. The RIF supports inspection and screening of personnel, vehicles, and cargo for all postal and service deliveries prior to providing controlled access to the MOB and CUP.
ACP Main Gate,
Ft Eustis, VA
This $22M project for USACE, Norfolk includes construction of a new Access Control Point at the Main Gate of JBLE – Eustis with provisions to include: Construction on a new Visitor Control Center (VCC), a commercial and POV Vehicle Inspection Facility (VIF), a new gate house, up to five new inbound lanes with a guard shack located on each lane, and an overhead canopy at the guard shack location. Fire protection and alarm systems, and Energy Monitoring Control Systems (EMCS) connection are also included, as well as sustainability and energy enhancement measures. Supporting facilities include site development, utilities and connections, lighting, paving, parking, walks, curbs and gutters, storm drainage, information systems, landscaping and signage, and site improvements.
Vehicle Inspection Gate,
Maxwell AFB, AL
This $16.5M project for USACE, Mobile involves construction of a Commercial Vehicle Inspection (CVI) and Entry Control Facility (ECF) area, with connection road and bridge to local off-base road system, entrance/exit lanes, rejection lane/turnaround, guardhouse, additional pavements and sidewalks, vehicle inspection area, overhead canopy, bollards/mechanical barriers, fencing, closeable gate, and security lighting.
