Established in 2012, Nisou Enterprises, Inc., a woman-owned business, began work as a general contractor specializing in the performance of new construction, facility renovation and repair. We take on the role of overall project manager, covering estimation, scheduling, purchasing, cost control, on-site supervision, safety, and quality control to drive successful results on every project we undertake. Nisou has also branched out into facility maintenance, janitorial, and staffing services, expanding our capabilities and providing well-rounded services to the Federal government.
The Nisou team provides stream-lined processes and procedures throughout the project life cycle. Ongoing and effective communication along with construction industry contacts, gives Nisou the ability to attract skilled, qualified resources for each project.
